Notorious Startup of the Week: Enterpret
One of the emerging and most important datasets is the voice of the customer. Customers leave feedback and share their concerns and praises everywhere today - in support tickets, on social media, in emails, on phone calls, in the product etc. However, it has been extremely challenging for companies to be able to unify these nuggets of feedback and understand who they are from and what they mean for product, support and marketing decisions. Enter Enterpret. Enterpret is a fast-growing startup (3x+ y/y) backed by top venture firms (Kleiner Perkins) with some of the best customers logos I’ve seen at this stage (Series A/B). Enterpret is customer obsessed and is leveraging AI to deliver a better product experience and make sense of the wealth of online breadcrumbs left from customers. For this edition of Notorious, Enterpret Head of Product Marketing Tiffany Go and CEO Varun Sharma share how they are leveraging AI to win over super high quality customers.
From Noise to Insight: Enterpret’s AI Strategy for Transforming Customer Feedback
Enterpret is the unified customer feedback intelligence platform used by teams like Canva, Notion, Vimeo, and Strava. With Enterpret, these teams turn the Voice of Customer into a guiding force in product development, driving growth and building products that customers genuinely love.
With a focus on transforming raw feedback into actionable insights, Enterpret builds adaptive AI models to turn all customer interactions into a unified Voice of Customer, driving strategic decisions and empowering teams to stay ahead.
Turning subjective feedback into insights
Enterpret turns diverse, subjective customer feedback into objective, actionable insights that truly capture the Voice of Customer (VoC).
This is achieved by ensuring comprehensive feedback collection from a range of sources—support tickets, reviews, sales conversations, surveys, social media, and community forums. Each piece of feedback is processed through AI-driven categorization, structuring it into both broad and granular categories.
This multi-level hierarchy enables teams to gain actionable insights without being overwhelmed by excessive detail, as the AI dynamically determines the depth based on relevance and context.
Providing real-time, product-specific feedback intelligence
Our AI models are uniquely capable of discerning feedback specific to the product by understanding its various features and capabilities. The feedback structure updates automatically in near real-time, maintaining alignment with new product developments, user base changes, and emerging issues.
With seamless integration across feedback channels, Enterpret captures VoC from any customer touchpoint, allowing teams to analyze and filter this feedback by any metadata—such as user cohorts, feedback sources, product features, and more.
Delivering insights that drive decisions
Additionally, Enterpret goes beyond generating standard insights; it provides net new information for product experts, meeting a high bar to ensure that the insights are deeply relevant, nuanced, and capable of informing strategic decisions. This level of precision supports data-driven product strategy, helping teams anticipate trends, identify issues, and prioritize actions based on quantifiable data that links back to the customer's original input.
Enterpret's platform also enables proactive applications such as issue reporting and trend alerts, empowering teams with real-time insights on the evolving needs and sentiments of their customers.
Supporting an agile approach to product and customer engagement
By consistently delivering a refined, multi-layered understanding of the Voice of Customer, Enterpret supports a well-informed, agile response to customer feedback, keeping teams ahead in their product development and customer engagement efforts.
Enterpret’s GTM: Building Trust, Demand, and Advocacy
At Enterpret, we’re not just building a product; we’re building a new category: Unified Customer Feedback Intelligence. This is more than a tool—it’s a foundation for every customer-centric company, a way to elevate the Voice of Customer across the organization. We believe it fuels growth, sparks innovation, and creates customer relationships that last.
Storytelling is the heart of our GTM strategy. We bring Enterpret’s purpose to life by spotlighting real customer wins and showing how they build products that put customer needs front and center. By sharing their stories, we’re creating a community of customer-obsessed brands who don’t just talk about being customer-centric—they live it.
Our GTM strategy is centered on three goals:
Build brand trust and awareness.
Grow demand and pipeline.
Foster customer love and turn it into advocacy.
Building brand trust and awareness
Building trust means delivering real value, and we like to have some fun along the way. Our brand stands out by being both useful and relatable. Here’s how we do it:
User-generated content: Instead of pushing products, we let customers do the talking. We partner with customers like Notion, Coda, and Figma to build Voice of Customer templates (using their products) to show the power of customer feedback in action. It’s about their wins, not just ours.
The permissionless pilot: We love brands who prioritize their customers, so we analyze public data from companies we admire—like Airbnb, OpenAI, and Starbucks. It’s our way of showing what Enterpret can do while offering actionable insights.
Distinct brand voice: Customer feedback is a privilege, not just a data point. We take it seriously, but we keep things fresh and engaging—think insightful videos, playful memes, and content that brings our story to life.
Distributing value to grow demand
Whether it’s marketing or sales reaching out, it’s all about adding value. Every touchpoint counts, and we make sure it’s intentional. Here’s our approach:
Meeting audiences where they are: We get our content in front of people where they’re already spending time—events, podcasts, sponsored newsletters, and close-knit communities for product and CX pros.
ABM: Our account-based marketing is laser-focused. We nurture micro-segments with personal Loom videos and tailored content instead of casting wide nets. Each Proof of Concept (POC) is crafted around the customer’s unique data to set the stage for lasting partnerships.
Constant experimentation: We’re constantly testing new ways to reach the right people—whether through paid ads, direct mail, SEO, or creative social pushes.
Turning customer love into advocacy
We’re all about creating genuine customer love. It’s built on impact, shared wins, and a community where customers feel seen, heard, and connected. Here’s how we turn customer love into advocacy:
Standout customer experience: Customer experience is our North Star. We exist to solve our customers’ biggest pain points, and our success team ensures insights don’t just land—they partner in building out programs that drive real results.
Spotlighting our customers: Our customers are the true standard-bearers of customer-centricity. We spotlight their journeys to show the real-world impact of a strong Voice of Customer program and to share the best practices that put customers first, like this Guide to Building a Voice of Customer Program.
Building an authentic community: We’re creating a space where customers connect, learn, and grow together. Through curated dinners, conference invites, and speaking engagements, we celebrate their stories and foster connections that go beyond business.
